Located in Assiniboia Saskatchewan, the 62,000 sq. ft.  facility includes the Conexus Community Auditorium with adjoining fully equipped commercial kitchen and separate bar area.

The building also houses the Olympia Movie Theatre, Assiniboia and District Public Library, Southeast Regional College campus, Assiniboia Curling Club, Stark and Marsh Accountants, Cat Country 98.1 and Chow Mcleod Barristers and Solicitors.
